By accessing and using the services provided by Distrikt-9, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2.1 Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2.2 Distrikt-9 reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
3.1 Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
3.2 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are kindly urged to adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policy. A no-show or late cancellation will result in a charge, including applicable taxes.
4.1 Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date without cancellation charges
4.2 Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% of cancellation charges equivalent to the accommodation charge for the entire stay.
4.3 Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the accommodation charge for the entire stay.
4.4 All the bookings made using website-exclusive offers, discounts, and promo codes are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, in special cases, a one-time amendment can be done. In a general scenario, a 100 percent cancellation charge will be applicable.
4.5 In case of a non-refundable booking, our guests can request a date change once. This date change may incur an extra charge based on the ongoing tariff of the property.
4.6 All the bookings made during the long weekends, city sold-out, and black-out periods such as festivals, Christmas & New Year period (20th December – 5th January) are non-refundable and non-amendable. Mandatory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during New Year’s Eve.
4.7 Please note that in case of a refund, a small percentage of the charge may be taken by our payment gateway provider, ranging between 1-2% of the total booking value.
5.1 Up to two children under 12 can stay in the parents’ room without an additional bed (meal policy applies). Extra bed charges apply.
5.2 Children aged 12 and above are considered adults, and extra adult charges will apply.
6.1 Complimentary meals for children up to 6 years.
6.2 For children between 6-12 years, meals are charged at 50% of the parent’s meal.
6.3 Children above 12 years are charged at the full meal rate.
7.1 Distrikt-9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.
7.2 Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8.1 These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
